SVN Cornerstone is pleased to have represented Vital Healthcare Training in securing space to lease at 6704 N Nevada St.
The Spokane area, like many others, is facing a healthcare labor shortage. Schools and facilities that provide training cannot keep up with the growing need for Certified Nursing Assistants (NAC’s). To be considered certified Nursing Assistants in Washington, one must pass a written and skills test provided by the state.
The newly leased space provided by Vital Healthcare Training, will be used for class discussion and mock training to prepare students to become Certified Nursing Assistants. Their goal is to help students on their path to achieving certification and eventually fill staffing voids and shortages, so they can go on to truly benefit people in their most vulnerable state.
