SVN Cornerstone is pleased to announce the leasing of 1441 N Argonne Rd, Suite A at the Argonne Mission Center by The Arc of Spokane.
The Arc of Spokane has been looking for a location in the Spokane Valley to open their second thrift store operation in the region. The North Argonne location was chosen due to its ideal central location and size.
The Arc’s current thrift store on North Division and Ruby has proven successful, and the organization was ready to expand their thrift store operations to other communities. The Arc’s thrift operations help sustain and further the primary mission of The Arc, which is to serve and advocate for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families in the greater Spokane area.
SVN Cornerstone Designated Broker, Guy D. Byrd represented The Arc in this transaction, and Bryan Walker of Black Commercial Inc. represented the Landlord.
