SVN Cornerstone is pleased to announce the recruitment of three new Commercial Real Estate Associate Advisors.
Jordan Lester served as a broker’s assistant for three years with SVN Cornerstone before becoming a full time Associate Advisor this past summer. Jordan grew up in Sammamish, WA and played college basketball for Whitworth University in Spokane, WA. Jordan has a degree in finance and an MBA, and specializes in the multi-family sector.
Michael Thompson came to our office with seven years in the logistics operations field and four additional years in IT-logistics systems. From frontline work to leadership positions he has been in the industrial space for the majority of his career and understands how to connect an industrial space with the end user.
Omar Sadaoui serves as an Industrial, Retail, and Office Specialist in our office and comes to us with several years of construction and real estate experience. His focus is working with business owners and investors to analyze, evaluate, and position opportunities for disposition or acquisition, and advising tenants and landlords in procuring and leasing space to optimize value for businesses through real estate.
SVN Cornerstone provides a comprehensive training program for new commercial brokers, including a seven week onboarding program and a mentorship program to help them grow into the organization’s culture and become a productive and effective member of our team.
