SVN Cornerstone is pleased to announce the addition of Kelsey Fortenberry as Real Estate Administrative Coordinator.
In this key role, Fortenberry oversees listing and transaction management while providing high-level administrative support to the firm’s Managing Directors. She brings more than a decade of experience across both public and private sectors, with a background that spans property management, lease contract administration, and project coordination in both Phoenix, Arizona, and Spokane, Washington.
“Kelsey brings a sharp eye for detail, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a real passion for operational excellence,” said Molly Mikolajczyk, Managing Director at SVN Cornerstone. “She’s a natural fit for our collaborative team and is already bringing meaningful improvements to how we operate and support our advisors.
Fortenberry holds a degree in Organizational 
Communication from Trine University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Organizational Leadership at Gonzaga University. Her educational background, combined with her hands-on real estate experience, positions her to play a strategic role in the continued development of SVN Cornerstone’s internal operations and client service capabilities.

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest through hiking, biking, and skiing, and expresses her creativity through baking French-inspired pastries.
