SVN Cornerstone broker, Mack Smith, has completed his second sale transaction in commercial real estate, closing a deal for a remarkable $1,885,000 as a new to the business broker. Mack started working for SVN Cornerstone with little prior real estate experience, and went through the official SVN® training and mentorship programs. Mack quickly became an Industrial Market expert, and has cataloged over 700 industrial properties in the Spokane, Spokane Valley and West Plains area.

Mack helped facilitate the deal by representing both the buyer and the seller in this transaction, and successfully negotiated a sale leaseback with the tenant. The property is a four acre parcel with 2,250 square feet of office space and 2,400 square feet of warehouse space located at 13521 E Trent Ave in the Spokane Valley. It is in close proximity to the Spokane Business and Industrial Park, and other significant new industrial projects including the Amazon GEG2 distribution center, Euclid Logistics Center and Clemson Commercial Park.
