John Hillier joined SVN Cornerstone in 2016 as a Senior Advisor and has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. Throughout John’s impressive career he has negotiated many multi-million-dollar real estate sales, and leased over 4,000,000 sq. ft. of retail space including lease negotiation for large anchor spaces by national, regional and local clients. John has also managed several large Industrial and office portfolios throughout his career.

In his free time, Hillier enjoys restoring vintage muscle cars and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. During the summer months, you may see him at car shows or out on the golf course. John is also a USAF Vet and continues to support Veterans in our community.
