SVN Cornerstone is proud to announce the sale of 9420 & 9450 N. Government Way, in Hayden, ID. This Retail Strip Center was purchased by Baker Investment Group out of Spokane, WA. The seller was Milton Ventress Trust out of Oxnard, CA. The new owner plans to update and remodel the 12,000 Square Foot property with the improvements to be completed by late summer 2022.
