SVN Cornerstone is pleased to announce the sale of the Eagle Ridge Short Course in Latah Valley on Meadowlane Rd.
Meadowlane Greens, LLC, an affiliate of Paras Homes, purchased the 5.95 acre property with plans to develop a new housing community. The proposed “The Greens at Meadowlane” development will be subdivided into 38 single family lots in Phase One of the development. The new construction homes will be “patio style” with a contemporary feel, and will start at 1400 Square Feet. Construction is set to begin Fall of 2022.

Meadowlane Greens, LLC also purchased an additional 6.79 acres directly west of this property, which will encompass Phase Two of the development.
