SVN Cornerstone is pleased to announce the sale of three land lots totaling 14.7 acres on South Flint Rd. at the Pacific Northwest Technology Park in Airway Heights.
Puget Sound Pipe and Supply (PSP) purchased one lot and Emerald Initiative, an affiliate of Mckinstry, purchased two lots from Granite Investments, LLC. Emerald Initiative is building a 67,500 Square foot fabrication facility and Puget Sound Pipe and Supply will be opening their 10th location in Spokane towards the end of summer 2022.
PSP’s new warehouse will be a 16,000 square foot facility with over three acres of pipe yard. They will stock everything from cast iron and copper to stainless steel and alloys in sizes up to 24” diameter. Their focus will be on the commercial, mechanical, and industrial PVF markets in the inland empire.
Emerald Initiative and PSP are looking forward to their building partnership.
