SVN Cornerstone is proud to announce the leasing of 1005 N Fancher Rd in the Spokane Valley. The new tenant, Suburban Propane, L.P., will operate a propane filling and distribution station.
Suburban Propane identified the Spokane, WA market as part of a larger strategic expansion plan. They recognized the need for a reliable propane supplier that offered excellence in service and competitive pricing, and chose the lot on North Fancher due to its convenient access and ideal positioning in the heart of Spokane’s industrial corridor. This location will not be open to the public as it will spearhead new refill stations and work to supply new local customers.
Suburban Propane looks forward to continued expansion into new service areas across the United States.
