SVN Cornerstone is pleased to announce the sale of Perry Storage at 10808 N Perry St in Spokane, WA. This 13.5 acres property consists of 47,428 SF of Warehouse, Office, and indoor and outdoor Storage.
RDD Holdings LLC was the buyer and Perry, LLC was the seller of the property. The multi-building facility was constructed between 2009 and 2016 and sold for $7 Million.
John Hillier of SVN Cornerstone represented the owner in the transaction and the seller represented itself in the acquisition.
