The downtown building formerly occupied by Rocky Rococo’s Pizza has a new restaurant operator. SA4 Restaurant Group has recently opened “The New 63 Social House and Eatery” at 520 W. Main Ave. This location is the newest restaurant from SA4 Restaurant Group in the Spokane region. Their other ventures include The Mango Tree restaurants in Spokane and Coeur d’Alene, The Pizza Co. In north Spokane and the Ref Sports Bar and Boston’s Pizza in Spokane Valley.
SA4 Restaurant Group president, Rakesh Kaushal, began his restaurant career in Canada in 2015 and eventually decided to expand into the Eastern Washington market as he saw a clear demand for more global and innovative cuisine options. His most recent venture on Main Avenue offers Asian inspired cuisine. Rakesh hopes to continue expanding in the region and offering locals a variety of international cuisines to choose from.
The lease transaction was handled by Erik Nelson of Kiemle Hagood Co. who represented the Landlord, and John Hillier of SVN Cornerstone who represented the Tenant.
