The MSCI Real Assets December CPPI Report puts commercial pricing into perspective. There are some staggering growth metrics to reflect on:
- Industrial real estate continues to outperform other sectors
- 170.4% 10 Yr growth (for those who bought in 2012, these are substantial gains, and some markets could argue they’ve never seen better)
- Industrial YOY – 12.2%
Although, we expect to see a correction in pricing, it’s wise to reframe our perspective accordingly.
