This 55+ age-restricted complex was brought to the market in August, 2022 for the first time since its development in 2016. The gated community offers unassisted housing for seniors with spacious 1,250 SF units, two and three-bedroom floorplans, and two-car garages. The property also offers clubhouse amenities as well as a dog park and large backyards for each unit.
Nearly 1/3 of Spokane County’s residents are estimated to be 55 years or older, contributing to strong demand for senior housing in the city.
