SVN Cornerstone is pleased to have represented Malezia, LLC in securing a new lease of 5,181 SF at The Sullivan Business and Industrial Park in Spokane Valley, WA. Malezia is a microbiology-based skincare company relocating from California. The company currently offers three of its products online only, and looks forward to expanding with the additional space that is currently undergoing improvements to accommodate a manufacturing area and clean room.
Construction is scheduled to be completed in January of 2023, with Malezia beginning operations soon thereafter.
