We are growing in a fantastic direction Nationally, Globally and Locally here in Washington and Idaho.

Yesterday was a very good day for SVN – The morning began with SVN prominently featured at #8 in
CPE’s Top Brokerage Firm rankings (formerly called Most Powerful Brokerage Firms), up 4 spots from ’16’s #12.
The evening ended with an SVN win at RealComm. There, we were awarded the “Digie” award for Best Use Of Automation for our SVN | Live Open Sales Meeting. We were selected for our innovative use of technology and social media to collaborate and create demand for our clients’ properties. This is the 3rd Digie award for SVN.
These awards are neither platitudes nor marks of goals fulfilled, yet they are important indicators of the continued growth of our SVN – both in cold hard results and innovation. I am proud of our progress and you should be too!
In terms of more specific growth data, SVN’s 2017’s YTD vital factors come against the backdrop of a flat (yet healthy) CRE market. Our systems for growth are working and on aggregate, SVN Advisors are nailing the fundamentals of brokerage and are outperforming the market. To that end:
Productivity Through 5/31:
- Gross Commission Income is up 19%
- Producing offices are up 12%
- Producing advisors are up 14%.
- Q1 saw new office openings reach a historical high
In the background, the SVN executive team is working to procure the ingredients necessary to build an exponentially more robust platform for growth, in order to pave the way to even greater increases in each office’s production and the achievement of our goal for the SVN brand: 1 Culture, 1 Brand, $1 Billion in GCI.
As we head into the summer months, I hope you find some time to spend with family and friends and pursue endeavors outside of the office. Intentional breaks lead to re-energized dedication to your business goals. Now is the time to plan for the remainder of 2017 and I hope that it will involve seeing many of you walk across the stage at our annual conference in 2018 as Achiever, Presidents and Partners Circle winners.
