After nearly 15 years of serving pet owners in Spokane, Doggyland has relocated to a new Spokane Valley facility at 2617 N Pioneer Ln. The lease transaction was brokered by Omar Sadaoui of SVN Cornerstone, who represented both the landlord and the tenant.
The new Doggyland Spokane Valley facility spans 7,500 square feet, offering the space, layout, and flexibility needed to support the company’s full range of services. The location accommodates dog daycare, boarding, grooming, and training—all under one roof in a convenient Spokane Valley setting.
“We are currently open; we’re just doing some construction to make everything look prettier,” said owner Kylie Brown, who purchased the business after serving as manager for more than a decade. “We have five different yards so that the dogs can fit in with others that they get along with.” Brown took over ownership from longtime operator Janette Riley and plans to host an open house in the future to celebrate the transition and new location.
Doggyland has been locally owned and operated since 2010 and has been voted Best Dog Boarding Facility in Spokane, WA for the past three years by KREM 2 News, a testament to its reputation for exceptional care and service. The relocation underscores Spokane Valley’s appeal as a hub for growing local businesses like Doggyland.
The building is located just north of Marietta and Sullivan, with quick access to I-90 and surrounding Spokane Valley neighborhoods. While the site was formerly home to a fabrication shop, its layout and accessibility made it a strong fit for Doggyland’s needs.
This deal adds to a growing list of successful placements by Omar Sadaoui, who helps match industrial and flex spaces with unique local business needs throughout the region.
