His advancement marks a successful transition from intern to advisor and reflects the firm’s commitment to developing emerging talent in commercial real estate.
Kerr joined SVN Cornerstone as an intern in 2023 and quickly stood out for his initiative, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. Over the past year, he supported brokerage operations, assisted with market research and property marketing, and steadily built a strong foundation in commercial real estate.

As part of his transition, Kerr completed SVN’s 16-week onboarding program, which includes in-person, online, and hands-on training. The program emphasizes business planning, asset specialization, and market research—equipping new advisors with the tools to succeed.
Now fully licensed, Kerr is focused on the Spokane County retail sector and actively building his client base. He works with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Spokane region, providing strategic insight and personalized service. His promotion reflects SVN Cornerstone’s ongoing commitment to cultivating the next generation of brokerage talent through hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development.
